Merry Christmas Friends and Followers!
Allow me to share one big reason I've been missing.... our new puppy! This little sweetie pup is a Christmas present for my daughter. She is a long hair chihuahua. Just a day and a half after we picked her up she became very sick and it was several days and long nights of nuring her back to health. I am happy to report that Rosalee is healthy and playful again!
I have a couple projects I've worked over the past few weeks. Below is an art piece that began as a stretched canvas. I created this for a santa gift exchange at my LSS. I used Primary Elements with solution #2 for all the painted parts- canvas, tissue, grungeboard and silk flowers.
Tilted view... there is a double layer of ribbon covering the sides.
This card is for my hubby... we celebrated our 10th anniversary right before Christmas as well. The puppy was very sick during our special weekend so we stayed home to care for her but friends invited our human daughters for sleep overs so at least we had some snuggle time;)
