Those rich shimmery little pots of watercolor paint... They are my favorite product... Twinkling H2O's by Luminarte Inc. I used teal zircon and ocean wave to create the faux stippling background from Technique Junkies issue Dec. '06. Once dry, I stamped my large snowflake with brilliant blue dye ink. The rick rack embellishment is blue velvet... just the right touch next to the shimmer background.stamp credits- Stampin' UP
